If Redirect Pro is activated in your Theme Settings, visits to broken URLs on your store will be tracked and added to the Unresolved tab on the Broken Links page.

Broken URLs can’t be identified before they are visited because there's an infinite number of possible broken URLs on every website (To try this out for yourself, typing any string of random letters and numbers after your homepage URL will lead to a 404 error page).

From the point Redirect Pro is activated onwards, it detects and informs you of broken URLs that are visited by your site customers.

Note: If you already have a list of known broken URLs, you can fix them by uploading a spreadsheet of redirects.
