📘Instructions

Prepare your spreadsheet

  1. Create a new spreadsheet on your preferred program. We recommend Excel or Google Sheets

  2. Add Redirect from as a column header in the first row of the first column (cell A1), and add Redirect to as a column header in the first row of the second column (cell B1)

  3. Add your Redirect from URLs to the first column (column A) and your Redirect to URLs to the second column (column B), so each row represents a single redirect

Note: Your upload won’t work unless the URLs meet the Shopify criteria for URL redirects

  4. When you have added all desired redirects into the spreadsheet, save it as a comma-separated values (.csv) file

Upload your spreadsheet

  1. From your Redirect Pro admin, click URL Redirects > Upload Redirects

  2. Click the Upload redirects button

  3. Select your .csv file

  4. Click Upload

  5. Click Refresh to see your upload in the table of Past uploads

Redirects in the Successful column are active in your store and can be found on the URL Redirects page.

Note: Redirects in the unsuccessful column could not be added to your store. You can find out why by clicking on the filename in the table of past uploads.

💡Follow our guides to find out why individual URL redirects aren’t working and why an upload might fail
